In the 19th century industrialization ment few sunlight and a lot of
noise and air pollution to most working people. Romanticism
was a countermovement against industrialization.
In the decade of romanticism people thought, the rational,
human-created world was a split from the „original" (sane) world.
They yearned for healing, for a total harmony in whole life
and they seeked refuge in old myths and fairy tales.
Symbolic places were misty forests and valleys, ruins of castles
and monasteries,
Naturdetails in Großaufnahme.
These pictures - I feel - should be printed on handmade paper by the famous paper mill "Hahnemühle ",
which serves the best artists since the year 1584. Today the K3-Pigment-Ink is state of the art in printing.
The high-resolution-printer works with 6 different colours and 3 different shades of grey.
The brilliance of the colours is guaranteed for 100 years.
I tested it and I can assure you: The brilliant snowwhite of the cottonpaper brings to light
the flowing water in the very best way. And the K3-pigment-ink expresses the finest details
of every small separate current inside the main current. It's a pleasure to let your eyes
walk around in the 70 x 100 cm - pictures. It's not only because of the motive. It's also because
of the sharpness up to the small details in the background. It is thanks to my foto-equipment,
which produces pictures of more than 50 Megapixel (and which is worth nearly 6000,- € ).
I can offer you these pictures in the size of 50 x 70 cm (19,7 x 27,5 inch) at a price of 289,- €
and in the size of 70 x 100 cm (27,5 x 39,4 inch) at a price of 349,- €
(plus extra charge for shipment outside Germany).
I recommend a frame made from natural wood, which fits best to the motive of water and wood.
